Liudmila Uvarova is a Senior Knowledge Management and Learning Officer at the World Bank Group, with expertise spanning capacity development, knowledge and information management, program management, and strategic planning. She is supporting the World Bank's delivery of the Learning Week and leads the Day 4 action-planning session, where participants reflect on their countries' DRF progress and develop their next set of actions.
